Delivery Terms & conditions:

Estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 working days / Next Business Day.

We deliver all over the Kuwait, Delivery will be processed immediate after successful payment transaction, confirmation of order by an e mail, call or if “cash on delivery”, We offer local delivery service.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be longer. In such cases, we will notify you of any delays.

Customer or any representative who receives the package from delivery address location, must have to sign on invoice copy or delivery note and has to provide the name to be mentioned, the invoice copy that has to be preserved as proof of delivery.

In case of non-availability of receiving person, Our Customer Support Team will contact to customer by Email / WhatsApp / SMS. This Order will be kept on hold for 3 Days. After 3 days’ order will be considered cancelled and products will be released to sell to other customer.

Standard Delivery charges are 1 KD (Kuwaiti Dinar) standard charges will be added on checkout, additional charges will be charged with end user approval by call.
