Refund & Return Policy
Eligible Items:
The item must be in its original condition and packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation. The item must also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

The product must be returned by the customer to the Armanum office, for both delivery and store pick-up orders. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 1-5 business days to process, depending on your bank.
Damaged or Faulty Products:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately at 1800053. The product must be returned by the customer to the Armanum office, for both delivery and store pick-up orders. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
